**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting wholesale clients with parts inquiries, orders, and technical support.
- Process orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our parts inventory, including specifications and compatibility.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to coordinate parts deliveries and manage special requests.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
- Utilize inventory management and point-of-sale software to track and process orders.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in parts sales, customer service, or a related field, ideally in a wholesale environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and standard office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
